Join us for Living Well with Hydrocephalus; a supportive space to learn together, build practical skills for everyday life, and connect with other Shine members.

This session will focus on technology and cognitive strategies. Technology can play an important role in everyday life, but knowing where to start can sometimes feel overwhelming. During this session, we'll explore practical cognitive strategies and the ways technology can support day-to-day living.

Together, we'll discuss how technology can help you:
•    Manage daily activities
•    Increase independence and confidence
•    Support paid employment, volunteering, and other meaningful activities

Whether you're newly diagnosed or have been living with hydrocephalus for years, this session offers an opportunity to learn practical tips, connect with others, and feel supported.
