As the festive season approaches, it’s important to recognise that this time of year can bring a range of emotions. While often associated with celebration, it can also present challenges such as stress, loneliness, or pressure to meet expectations.

This online session offers a safe and supportive space to reflect on personal wellbeing in the lead-up to Christmas. Together, we’ll explore practical strategies for maintaining balance, managing emotional demands, and caring for our mental wellbeing during the Christmas period.

This is a safe and understanding space — there’s no pressure to share, just an opportunity to pause, connect, and take care of yourself as the year comes to a close.
