Shine does not accept any liability whatsoever for injury, accidents, loss or damage suffered in, or by reason of, the event. By signing up to a Shine event, you understand and agree to take full responsibility for your own health and safety, and that of any minors under 18, or other dependents attending the event with you. Prior to, during and after the event, you will be responsible for your own safety, and that of any minors under 18, or other dependents. You will take all reasonable care to ensure the safety of others and will comply promptly with all instructions and guidelines given by Shine, if required. Should health issues arise prior to the event, which is likely to affect your ability to attend, please inform Shine that you are unable to attend the event.
