Shine on Pain

Shine on Pain

Express your interest

Starting 19 October, at 2-3:30pm each week

Join Shine for a 7-Week Group Focused on Pain Management Strategies

The group will provide you with time set aside to reflect on your pain and review the strategies you have in place. Life can be busy and it is easy for long periods to go by without ‘checking in’ with our bodies.

The group will also provide an opportunity to think about different strategies and how they might fit into your life. Some you might have tried before, others might be new.

In addition to learning valuable tools, you will connect with fellow Shine members, building a supportive space where progress is shared and celebrated.

Sessions will cover:
•    What is pain, knowing your body and the pain cycle
•    Pacing and grading
•    Movement as medicine, with Shine’s Physiotherapist
•    Relaxation and emotional wellbeing
•    Practical strategies and solutions
•    Alternative strategies and community support

Sessions will run weekly between 19th October - 30th November at 2pm - 3.30pm.
There is an expectation that you would be available to join all sessions, to get the most out of the group.

Interested in joining? Reach out today!

Please note, expressing interest doesn’t guarantee a space in the group. Shine will contact you to discuss your individual needs and ensure this is the right fit for you.
