Life can be busy and it is easy for long periods to go by without ‘checking in’ with our bodies.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe group will also provide an opportunity to think about different strategies and how they might fit into your life. Some you might have tried before, others might be new. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn addition to learning valuable tools, you will connect with fellow Shine members, building a supportive space where progress is shared and celebrated.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSessions will cover:\u003cbr\u003e•    What is pain, knowing your body and the pain cycle \u003cbr\u003e•    Pacing and grading \u003cbr\u003e•    Movement as medicine, with Shine’s Physiotherapist \u003cbr\u003e•    Relaxation and emotional wellbeing \u003cbr\u003e•    Practical strategies and solutions \u003cbr\u003e•    Alternative strategies and community support\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSessions will run weekly between 19th October - 30th November at 2pm - 3.30pm. \u003cbr\u003eThere is an expectation that you would be available to join all sessions, to get the most out of the group. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eInterested in joining?
